We accept vouchers as a method of payment. New customers who wish to pay with vouchers must send a copy of the voucher for reference before the visit to bokning@museumforintelsen.se.

FAQ: What to know before your visit

The Swedish Holocaust Museum is located at Torsgatan 19 in central Stockholm. The nearest subway station is S:t Eriksplan.

The regular admission ticket costs 90 SEK. The ticket then grants free entry to the museum for one year. Children and young people up to 19 years old have free admission.

We accept card payments and Swish. Cash is not accepted The Swedish Holocaust Museum.

The museum is close to S:t Eriksplan subway station. Several SL city buses, including routes 3 and 4, also stop nearby.

It is not permitted to bring jackets or bags into the museum. Please hang your jacket on the coat racks located in the entrance area. Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed inside the museum. There are small lockers in the museum entrance where you can store your outerwear. The lockers measure 37.5 cm long, 27 cm wide, and 40.5 cm deep.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for bags that do not fit in the lockers. For larger storage, we refer you to lockers available at, for example, Stockholm Central Station. Bags must not be left unattended in the museum.

There are two stroller parking areas at the entrance. If space allows, you can bring your stroller into the exhibitions. Please speak with the staff at the information desk beforehand.

You are welcome to take photos and videos for private use at the museum when the museum is open. For professional photography, please contact our press office.
