Liselotte Levy
Born on September 23, 1927 in Giessen/Hessen, Germany.
I lived in Berlin from 1932 to 1938, went to a normal German gymnasium until 1936, then studied at Goldschmidtschule. In the summer of 1938 I emigrated without a passport on a train, together with many Hitlerjugend who were destined for vaccation in Sweden. In Sweden I went to school from 1938 and later on studied Chemistry at Uppsala university between 1943 and 1945.

No matter what life has in store for you, fight for your freedom and dignity both as a human being and as a Jew.
