FAQ: What to know before your visit
The Swedish Holocaust Museum is located at Torsgatan 19 in central Stockholm. The nearest subway station is S:t Eriksplan.
The regular admission ticket costs 90 SEK. The ticket then grants free entry to the museum for one year. Children and young people up to 19 years old have free admission.
The museum is close to S:t Eriksplan subway station. Several SL city buses, including routes 3 and 4, also stop nearby.
It is not permitted to bring jackets or bags into the museum. Please hang your jacket on the coat racks located in the entrance area. Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed inside the museum. There are small lockers in the museum entrance where you can store your outerwear. The lockers measure 37.5 cm long, 27 cm wide, and 40.5 cm deep.
Please note: We cannot take responsibility for bags that do not fit in the lockers. For larger storage, we refer you to lockers available at, for example, Stockholm Central Station. Bags must not be left unattended in the museum.
There are two stroller parking areas at the entrance. If space allows, you can bring your stroller into the exhibitions. Please speak with the staff at the information desk beforehand.
You are welcome to take photos and videos for private use at the museum when the museum is open. For professional photography, please contact our press office.
Monitoring in exhibition premises
The exhibition premises at the Swedish Holocaust Museum are under camera surveillance. The camera surveillance is approved by the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. Only the authority's own security personnel have access to the material, which is saved for a limited time. It is only in the event of an incident or suspected crime that the recorded material is examined.
